eBay was preparing to launch a dedicated baby platform on its website and wanted us to check if they were doing the right thing. We delivered a series of focus groups with the target audience to explore mums’ shopping behaviour and opinions towards eBay’s new proposition, identity and functionality – the results of which were fundamental in shaping the final platform and promotional content.
